Have you ever been to the Evolution Room at the  Ritz Carlton of South Beach, FL? The fantabolous restaurant of the hotel at #1 Lincoln Road? What an experience: a veritable crowd of Italian expats made their way to the “Vini d’Italia Tour”, attracted by the chance of sampling so many typical products of their original homeland. Among the throngs of people, we met the buyers of the principal Ocean Drive and Lincoln Road watering joints, who promptly confirmed that the future is bright for Grappa in Miami, expecting to attract many more estimators in the years to come. We hope to depart from Miami leaving behind an itch for Miele Grappa and mixology experimentation in the locala bartending community.
